Weidner
In 2020, Weidner Apartments, a property management company based out of Seattle, was facing a challenge due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which made it difficult for prospective tenants to visit properties in person. To address this issue, Weidner reached out to us to produce video tours of their properties that prospective tenants could watch as a virtual tour.
Video Production:
We produced high-quality unit video tours that highlighted the unique features and amenities of each apartment complex. The videos were shot using professional video equipment and also featured drone footage around the properties as well footage of the cities surrounding areas to showcase the many benefits of each unique location.
Results:
The apartment video tours were a huge success for Weidner. Prospective tenants were able to get a much better sense of what each property looked like and the features and amenities available. This resulted in increased interest, higher engagement on the company's website, and ultimately, more leases signed. With the help of our videos, Weidner was able to overcome the challenge presented by the pandemic and provide a safe and convenient way for prospective tenants to tour their properties.
